Admissions Domicile Assistant

The George Mason University Office of Admissions seeks a part-time Admissions Domicile Assistant to support the Admissions Domicile Team. • Daily review of undergraduate freshmen, transfer, and non-degree domicile statuses;
• Processing of supporting domiciliary documentation;
• Communication with applicants to ensure that they complete the domicile application process in a timely fashion; and
• Additional responsibilities as assigned to help support the Office of Admissions.

Required Qualifications:
• Outstanding professional communication skills;
• Detail-oriented;
• Demonstrated customer-service experience;
• Able to handle large call/e-mail volumes; and
• Skilled at working in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Data entry experience;
• Banner Information System experience; and
• Salesforce CRM experience.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions serves students Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. A flexible schedule within our working hours is available at the discretion of the supervisor. Total expected hours of work per week is 25-29. This is an ongoing position, and we are seeking an individual who will become a long-term team member.
